Renovation

Grunley renovated the existing 350,000 SF building to feature 12 floors of office space and a beautiful concourse level fit-out with major amenity spaces, such as a bike room, changing rooms, locker rooms, and a fitness center with turf flooring and a yoga studio. Space in the east side of the concourse level as well as part of the ground level are now home to a new golf entertainment center called, “Swingers Crazy Golf.” Along with its unobstructed views the city, the rooftop features tenant space for occupants to relax in the lounge space with a pantry and bar island. The multipurpose room includes multiple TVs and a seating space for tenants to give presentations in a stunning area on the top floor.
