Office Building Renovation

Grunley renovated the existing 188,500 SF office building into a modern work environment. The project's scope included a complete renovation of the façade and installation of a new window wall system; a multi-story lobby with high-end finishes; MEP system upgrades; and the addition of common amenities including a fitness center, multi-purpose spaces, a 3,000 SF lounge, and a large outdoor terrace with panoramic views of Washington, D.C.
