Renovation

Grunley completed the 261, 500 SF renovation to deliver a new, state-of-the-art, Class A office building. The project scope included renovation of the building's existing eight stories, the addition of three stories and expanded floor plates, and complete replacement the existing facade with a new glass facade. The renovation and expansion also included a curtainwall facade system with no vertical mullions, new lobby, reconfigured central core and common restrooms, new elevators serving the building and parking levels, all new building MEP systems, new streetscape, and added amenities, including a fitness center and penthouse conference center.
