Grunley performed the renovation/modernization of The Ora, a 113-unit apartment building. The 63,690 SF renovation included reconfiguration of each apartment unit with state-of-the-art kitchens, beautifully appointed bathrooms, and new flooring. The building also provides tenants with a double-height, full-circuit fitness facility with a yoga room, residents lounge, bike and tenant storage, and fully landscaped roof deck with spectacular 360-degree views of the nation's capital.
