Boutique Hotel Adaptive Reuse
Grunley, in a joint-venture with GCS|SIGAL, will create a luxury mixed use hotel/retail building in the historic district of Georgetown. The 115,000 SF building will feature 105 suites and rooms, while the ground floor will be dedicated to 8,000 SF of retail frontage along M Street, the hotel lobby, and dining space. Below-grade levels will be comprised of event space, back of house support, and more dining space.
