Grunley constructed a new high-end apartment building located just south of Chevy Chase Circle. The new structure consists of two garage levels and nine stories above grade totaling 299,600 SF. There are 262 units in the building averaging approximately 900 SF per unit. This cast-in-place concrete structure features a glass curtain wall with metal panels and high-efficiency building systems.
