Exterior Renovation

While the building remained occupied, Grunley cleaned and repaired the exterior terracotta stone façade. In some cases, damaged existing pieces were replaced with new stone that matched the original. We raked the open joints to remove old mortar, replaced broken anchors and repointed the façade.
